Mission Amarillo's Shoe Closet provides new, or practically new, athletic type shoes to kids of all ages at the 5 school districts in the Amarillo Canyon area, local agencies, and area ministries.

This form is not for direct shoe requests by individuals or families - please contact your school's counselor or area agency if you have this need.

Enter your shoe request(s) below using the following format:

1.) shoe size, grade or age, and for which gender /
2.) shoe size, grade or age, gender /
3.) shoe size, grade or age, gender /
4.) Etc.

‍Feel free to make multiple requests in one submission, but please separate each entry with a forward slash (/). Thanks!
